Birthday party faq

Here are some frequently asked questions specifically about our birthday parties!

  • If we encounter severe weather that would make us close MVP for the day (this is New England after all) we will work with the host to reschedule the party.

  • Outside food including cake, baked goods, snacks, and light appetizers are welcome for our birthday parties ONLY. Outside pizza and ice cream is not permitted. There is a small refrigerator in each event room. Open flame (including sternos) and equipment that require an outlet are not permitted.

  • If your child falls ill we will work with you to reschedule your party.

  • We do not allow outside contractors for birthday parties. This also includes petting zoos, balloon artists and other such acts.

  • Each party has their own private party room, but the play space is shared with other birthdays that may be going on.

Even with parties going on, we always adhere to our capacity limit (which is adults and children combined) so the space does not feel over crowded.

If you want to have MVP all to yourself, we do offer the Mayor’s Private Ball party package. See our Party page for more details.
